Chaitanya Art Theatres was established by a group of Engineers to promote Art and Culture and to serve the Society at large. Our sincerity, dedication and perfection has drawn attention of many.
Chaitanya is encouraging amateur artists and organising cultural programmes of Traditional, Classical and Folk arts not only in Hyderabad but also in several important district Head Quarters of Andhra Pradesh, Mumbai, Kolkata and other cities.
The cultural programmes include various forms of Art such as classical dances of Kuchipudi, Bharatnatyam, Classical music and Light music, Social and Mythological dramas, Mime and Mimicry, Hypnotism, Ventriloquism, Folk and Film songs, Harikatha ganam our beloved Magic shows and so on.
Chaitanya has organised Folk melas, exclusive programmes for children, youth, women and entertainment programmes for prisioners also.
Chaitanya has done its feat of social service by organising free medical camps, social marriages, poor feeding, distribution of clothes blankets to aged, destitutes and disables. It has distributed a truck load of note books to poor students in slums of Hyderabad. It has also provided financial assistance to poor artists who dedicated their lives to the cause of Art and Culture.
Chaitanya has established two new branches at Vijayawada and Visakhapatnam to extend the activities. Chaitanya now launched a separate women wing under the leadership of Smt Satyavani, a woman activist to involve and activate more number of woman participants.
Thus Chaitanya has become a house hold name in twincities of Hyderabad and Secunderabad in organising the cultural programmes. Our pursuit did not end there.
